Friends of the Palo Alto Children's Theatre

The Friends of the Palo Alto Children’s Theatre are a group of dedicated volunteers who serve and support the Palo Alto Children’s Theatre in a variety of ways. You’ll find us baking brownies, assembling programs, serving at potlucks for the cast, or running a costume sale. The Friends also raise funds for special events and equipment, as well provide publicity and advocate on behalf of the Theatre.

The Friends also needs friends! Being a “friend” means being involved! We hope you will join with our all-volunteer support of the Children’s Theatre. Here’s how friends can help:

• Costume craft and construction
• Costume design
• Scenic painting
• Set construction
• Sound design
• Front office assistance
• Bake brownies
• Sell brownies and lemonade
• Poster distribution around town
• Work at the theatre shop
• Set up/clean up for hot dog suppertime shows (summer)
• Help during costume sale
• Special event assistant and more…
