The Litfin Scholarship Award is currently on hiatus indefinitely.  We hope to resume awards in a future season.

The Litfin Performing Arts Scholarship is made possible through a generous gift from the Michael Litfin Trust. Michael Litfin (1945 - 2008) served the City of Palo Alto for 31 years as the Assistant Director of the Palo Alto Children's Theatre.

Who is eligible to apply?
Applicants must be have at least six years of performing arts education (up to two of which may be obtained prior to graduation from high school). The scholarship must be applied toward expenses incurred while enrolled (2018-2019 school year) in a performing arts education program, including undergraduate, graduate, conservatory, or other professional training. 

What is the amount of the awards?
In most cases, awards will vary in the range of $1,000-$5,000 each.
